Tabs re enabled...

I created a new tabs system, it is not a plugin, but simple JS with JQuery (: . It's much more advanced than the old tab system! Enjoy.

Changed a couple of usergroup colors including the admin color.

Also I deleted a couple of the smaller groups, and merged them into the registered usergroup

I'm testing out a new look of the post bit ._. ... it's horrizontal now instead of the stats being vertical. If you don't like it go to usercp > edit options > and check "display posts in classic mode"
