Brief Topic Summary / Who is viewing?

I would like to see a brief summary of the topic when I hover over it and I also would like to see how many are viewing a certain topic.

I have seen both of these suggestions in action on some other forum but I can't seem to think of where atm :D

I added this in now, unfortunately, you have to be in that section / forum to and hover over the topic title, it is not available from the index.
